Association of Certified Midwives
The Association of Certified Midwives (ACM) represents Certified Midwives across the United States. We promote the distinct and vital profession of midwifery and work to expand recognition of the CM credential.
Certified Midwives (CMs) are advanced practice midwives providing care during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, as well as primary, sexual, and reproductive healthcare from adolescence through menopause.
ACM is a member-driven organzation dedicated to advancing the
CM credential and supporting CMs within the midwifery profession.
ACM is an affiliate of the American College of Nurse Midwives.
ACM members are leaders in midwifery advocacy.
